A2:Over 16 years old is considered as adult, 4-15 years old is child.

Q3: Will I receive a physical Kyushu FunPASS after purchase?

A3:No, this FunPASS is an electronic certificate. If you do not receive the electronic certificate after purchase, please ask the reseller where you purchased it.

Q4: How do I activate my Kyushu FunPASS?

A4:Just present the QR code on the electronic certificate to the store staff for verification, no need to print a paper certificate.

Q5: What is the validity period of Kyushu FunPASS?

A5:There is a 4-day validity limit, i.e., the FunPASS must be used within 4 days after the first use of any ticket (including the day of the first use of the ticket). For example, if you use the ticket for the first time at 9:00 am on January 1, the ticket will be valid until 23:59 pm on January 4.

Q6: When does the expiration date start?

A6:The expiration date starts when the first product is used. Regardless of the attraction used, the expiration date does not start when the serial number is registered or the FunPASS is activated.
